WHO YOU ARE
FoundSM is in search of a Marketing Manager to help us create and execute our internal marketing strategy and campaigns. This role will be responsible for creating engaging marketing campaigns that lead to new client contracts as well as creating client retention strategies that lead to contract renewals year after year.
We’re seeking someone who thinks strategically, has previous experience developing B2B-focused multi-channel campaigns that meet company goals, and who is comfortable working with multiple subject matter experts collaboratively to reach our ideal audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ROUTINE ACTIVITIES
- Lead development of proactive marketing campaigns centered around attracting potential clients based on our ideal client profile
- Work with executive leadership to set realistic marketing goals based on established KPIs, agency goals, and company vision
- Create and regularly present reports detailing marketing activities and how they are hitting our established goals
- Develop appropriate audience segments and technical workflows for campaigns to be created, implemented, monitored, and reported on in a seamless manner
- Develop engaging client retention marketing strategies
- Drive lead generation and brand awareness through new channels
- Monitor industry content and competitive marketing to inform relevant and timely content creation
- Create, maintain, monitor, and report on our company social media channels
- Work with internal subject matter experts to create compelling content for blogs, emails, case studies, landing pages/website, and more
- Help increase our brand recognition
- Create meaningful content to grow an audience of people that want to hear from us and care about what we have to say
- Position FoundSM as a thought leader in our space
- Proofread and edit content before publishing
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) years or more experience running marketing campaigns
- Previous experience working in Hubspot
- Experience posting and running social media platforms
- Experience working in B2B and account based marketing
- Experience with creating digital advertising and working in major digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc
- Experience in demand generation and marketing analytics
- Experience in email marketing and content strategy
- Skilled at multitasking and can quickly shift between tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and still complete projects within a set deadline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology platforms
- Demonstrated drive for superior service, internally and externally
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner
- Experience in full life cycle project management
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications and/or other related Degrees preferred
